How to get the card?

You purchase the Premium Card only once and then receive your discount code and the Premium Card directly in the package with the goods.
Then, for all subsequent acquisitions for 1 whole year, just enter the discount code in the appropriate field in the cart.

The Premium Card does not renew automatically; it expires 12 months after purchase, and you can choose whether or not to renew it when you place a future order.

The extra discount reserved for PREMIUM CARDS holders is added to the discounts already present on the items on sale and changes based on the amount of shopping in the cart. 

You can request the PREMIUM CARD directly from the cart when confirming your order and immediately get the extra discount reserved for you from your first purchase. It will then be valid for 1 full year until it expires.

Each product on sale on the site shows the price reserved for PREMIUM CARD holders: this price may be further reduced in the cart if, by adding further products, you exceed the threshold for which the Premium Card guarantees a greater discount.

The Premium Card discount cannot be combined with other discount codes. 
The Premium Card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue, without automatic renewal: once it expires, it can be renewed simply by adding the card to the cart again at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs via express courier amount to:

  • Free if they are exceeded € 49,00
  • € 7,90 maximum € 49,00 of purchase

TELEPHONE NOTICE: it is possible to request telephone notice from the courier before delivery to agree on methods and times. The service has an additional cost of € 1,80
CASH ON DELIVERY: there is an increase of € 5,00 for collection costs by the courier, they will be added to the cart at the time of ordering.

DELIVERY TIME

The sheet for each product shows the average processing time, i.e. the time interval between receiving the order (and related payment) until packaging and delivery of the item to the courier. To establish the date on which the goods will be delivered, the time needed for the courier to deliver them must be added to the processing time of the products shown on the card.

Subsequently you will receive the tracking code and instructions with which to monitor the delivery on the courier's website directly from the courier.

Payment is made to the courier upon delivery of the purchased product only with banknotes or coins. The courier who does not accept checks or bank drafts.

COLLECT BY HAND AT THE HEADQUARTERS It is possible to collect the goods directly from the Portale del Cavallo editorial office, via Della Valle 46/A Carate Brianza (MB), saving shipping costs, by making an appointment to confirm the availability of the goods. Payment on site with cash or advance bank transfer.

To spread the cost over time, you can pay in 3 interest-free installments for orders between €100 and 1500 thanks to Klarna, one of Europe's largest banks providing installment payment solutions to millions of consumers.

How does it work?
