The sheet of each product you purchase shows the average processing time of the product, i.e. the time interval between receiving the order (and the related payment) until packaging and delivery of the product to the courier. If you have purchased multiple products, the average processing time of the entire order corresponds to that of the product with the longest processing time.
In the extraordinary event of a prolonged delay in the replenishment or production of an ordered product, the customer will be contacted directly by the e-commerce staff: in case of emergencies it will be possible to bring forward the delivery of the immediately available goods and send the goods at a later time. missing goods and/or replace the temporarily missing item with another equivalent in terms of quality/price ratio.
SHIPPING TIME BY COURIER
Once the package has been processed by us, the shipment of the goods is entrusted to an express courier who delivers throughout the national territory the following working day, except for the major islands and remote areas for which delivery can take up to 3 working days .
As soon as the goods leave the warehouse, the customer will receive an automatic email with the shipping confirmation and the name of the courier to whom the delivery has been entrusted.
You will then receive the parcel directly from the courier tracking code and the instructions with which to monitor the delivery of the goods directly on the shipper's website and customize the delivery service with GLS or BRT.
Once you have received your package, please check:

1st SOLUTION: you send the return and we will send you the new items
In this case you will have to send the item(s) to be returned at your own expense and subsequently we will send the exchange with a shipping fee of €7,90 (€11,90 cash on delivery).
2nd SOLUTION: collection and delivery by us
If you are not familiar with shipping, we offer a practical return package recovery service: our courier will collect the goods to be returned and subsequently, after a few days, deliver the new replacement one with a contribution of €15,80 (€19,80 cash on delivery). We kindly ask you not to create empty passages for the courier during the collection phase of the goods. Nonsolocavallo recognizes the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, as required by current legislation (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 and amendment and integration to Legislative Decree No. 21/2014).
We accept the return of any item in perfect condition, intact and returned in its original packaging, complete with accessories, guarantees and everything originally contained. Shipping until receipt at our office is the total responsibility of the customer.
